"I generally do not enjoy protein bars because they don't taste too good. The exception I have are the G2G protein bars Peanut butter, chocolate, coconut. They are not too sweet and are something I have before breakfast when I need to take my dog out for a walk. It isn't too heavy but goes great with a cup of coffee before my 1/2 hour walk with my small dog."

Do all your bars contain whey protein? I was under the belief Whey adds belly fat ?
Hi Kathy, Thanks for your question. We use whey protein isolate in all of our bars. I have never heard that whey protein is specifically tied to an increase in belly fat.
